POP004 updated

POP004, PIPA's Technical Guideline dealing with polyethylene pipe and fittings compounds, has been updated to harmonise PE100 resin's requirement to demonstrate ongoing conformity, with those tests defined by European standards. Issue 17 of POP004 may be accessed from the Technical Guidelines page.
